I was looking for some formula to use on occasion when I want to go skiing and haven't been able to pump enough. This tub contains "Galactooligosaccharides". Thanks guys, that really clears things up and helps me make an informed decision.

That's easy! "Galacto-" just means milk. Oligo means "some" or "few". And saccharides are sugars. Guess I'm a medical nerd... ;-)
