Went for a ride along the greenbelt after work yesterday. I was pleased to discover that I can still ride my mountain bike comfortably. Though for some reason my back shock needs more air...

Kootenay Adventure

We hiked the Fry Creek trail which was impressive in that it was blasted by miners and so we were perched on a rock-face for much of the hike.
