Revelstuck

I'm trying to get to Calgary, but this avalanche on the highway is in my way. It came down on an open highway about 10 km past Albert Canyon. I was the 4th car in line and decided to come back to Revy to wait it out. Hopefully I make it out tonight - I want to see James! And, ironically, I'm suppose to teach some students about avalanches at 8am tomorrow morning in Calgary. At least I wasn't caught in the slide in the Car Share's little Honda.

I love XC skiing

No really, I had fun on XC skis! This smile was genuine.

Patrick showed us the secret ski spot near Sorrento. He takes his skiing seriously.

I think it helped that the terrain was flat and I borrowed Sylvia's super light skis. (Thanks Syl!)

We were originally going to put these skis on the wall as art, but James decided to be hip and wear the art instead.
